Coco Gin Punch
Take dinner party cocktails to a new level – by serving this one in coconut shells.
- (Serves 8-12)
- 1 bottle 750ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
- 6 cups of coconut water
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 dry curacao liqueur
- Mint sprigs and lime wedges to garnish
- 8-12 coconut shells
Dissolve the sugar into the coconut water. Once dissolved add all other ingredients to a jug and stir. Serve over ice with mint sprigs and lime wedges.
