Gin and Tonic

Gin & Tonic

Gin and Tonic
  • 60ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
  • 120ml tonic water
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Lemon or lime wedge (for garnish)

A simple but classic cocktail. Fill a glass with ice. Mix in ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with lemon or lime.

Classic Gin Martini

  • 60ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
  • 15ml dry vermouth
  • 1 olive on cocktail skewer

Fill a chilled mixing glass with ice and combine gin and vermouth. Stir to chill for 15-20 seconds.

Strain in to chilled Martini glass. Garnish with an olive.

Add a dash of olive brine to make it dirty.

Negroni

  • 30ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Vermouth Rosso
  • Orange peel to serve

Combine all in ingredients in chilled glassware, stir gently and garnish with the peel of a fresh Australian orange.

Tom Collins

Tom Collins
  • 30ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 60ml soda water
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • Lemon slice
  • Ice
  • A large lemon wedge to garnish

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar and Blind Tiger to a clean highball glass and stir. Add plenty of cubed ice and stir again. Top with soda water and stir for a final time. Garnish with the lemon slice then serve.
